POSITION TITLE: Direct Sales Representative (DSR) 3 Months contract -4 Position
(Nairobi & Mombasa)
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
DSR is the first point of contact for WANANDEGE SACCO customers outside the office.
He/She will be the face of the Sacco with our current and potential customer base.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment of prospective SME members and groups from the Sacco’s locality by selling Sacco banking products & savings accounts, mobilization of deposits,
- Explaining the features of the Sacco products and services to the prospective members
- Reviewing and authenticating the applications and documentations provided by the prospective member
- Ensuring safe custody of the member information within their custody
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the Supervisors
- Sharing market information to the managers for purposes of product/service improvement
- Preparing weekly reports for the area of services.
Qualifications
- Have attained a minimum of C plain in KCSE
- Diploma in Business related course or other relevant discipline.
- Knowledge and experience in the Sacco industry will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience, customer service experience, and a pleasant friendly personality.
