1. Withdrawal to M-pesa-Dial *882#, Select account to withdraw from and insert the amount and press okay to send request.
2. Balance Enquiry-Dial*882#, Select balance Enquiry menu, select account to enquire from, answer and press okay to send request.
3. Loan Repayment-Dial *882#, Select menu, select loan type to pay, insert amount & press okay to send request.
4. Ministatement-Dial*882#, Select ministatement menu, select account to enquire from, answer and press okay to send request.
5. Transfer to FOSA A/C: Dial *882#, Select account to transfer from, enter ID No. of the account to transfer to, enter amount, then press okay to send request.
6. Individual FOSA A/C Deposit: Open Safaricom menu, Mpesa, Select paybill, Enterbusiness No: 956200, NB: When asked for an account No, PUT YOUR FULL FOSA ACCOUNT NO e.gBRZ-06-1000-xxxx ,then enter amount, then press okay to send request.
7. Fosa FOSA A/C Deposit for mfi groups: The Group Treasurer should Open Safaricom menu, Mpesa, Select paybill, Enter business No: 956200 NB: When asked for an account No, PUT THE FOSA GROUP A/C NO of that Group.e.g.BRZ-06-1000-xxxx,then enter amount, then press okay to send request.
8. Deposit of Shares(Members Contribution)-Open Safaricom menu, Mpesa, Select paybill, Enterbusiness No: 956200, NB: When asked for an account No, PUT YOUR MEMBER Number e.g XXXX ,then enter amount, then press okay to send request.
9. Change pin -Select the change pin menu, insert new pin and Click okay.
